Transcripts and certificates
The easiest way to obtain a certificate is to generate one yourself via Ladok.
In Ladok, you can create different types of transcripts and certificates.
If you require a certificate with an official stamp and signature from Stockholm University, you can order this by logging in to Stockholm University Service Portal (log in with your university account if required, click Studieadministration and then Studieintyg / Student certificate and select the type of certificate you need).
If you need a different type of certificate, we can assist you. Please specify:
- What information the certificate should include (as detailed as possible)
- Whether it should be issued in Swedish or English
- Whether you would like it sent digitally or by regular mail (please include your postal address if applicable)
