Courses and programmes
Everything that lives or has ever lived on Earth is studied within biology. Biology gives you both a deep understanding of life’s processes and the tools to analyze, question, and explain phenomena in nature and society. The Department of Biology Education (BIG) coordinates teaching and provides education in biology at all levels.
Our teachers
At our department, you’ll meet biologists who are not only active researchers but also passionate teachers. Their research shapes the teaching, ensuring you always learn grounded in science.
