Faculty learning communities
Pedagogical development becomes more meaningful and sustainable when it takes place in a community and is grounded in one’s own teaching practice. This is the idea behind our Faculty Learning Communities, where university teachers come together to explore educational questions, share experiences, and develop their teaching over time.
Faculty learning community
A faculty learning community is a group of teachers who, over an extended period of time, explore a shared educational theme. Through regular meetings, the exchange of experiences, and their own development work, participants strengthen both their teaching practices and their learning as university teachers.
