A New Global Alliance for Global Governance Research
The SCGG is a founding member of the new Global Governance Research Centre Consortium (GGRCC) – an international network of research centers on global governance. SCGG co-directors Lisa Dellmuth and Jonas Tallberg have been closely involved in developing this new initiative, which will be internally launched on June 8.

The GGRCC was established by six leading research institutions committed to advancing the study of global governance:
- Global Governance Centre, Geneva Graduate Institute, SWITZERLAND
- Centre Interdisciplinaire de Recherche sur la Gouvernance Mondiale (CIRGoM), Université Laval, CANADA
- Stockholm Center on Global Governance (SCGG), Stockholm University, SWEDEN
- Robert Schuman Centre, European University Institute (EUI), ITALY
- The Niehaus Center for Globalization and Governance, Princeton University, U.S.
- Institute on Global Conflict and Cooperation (IGCC), University of California San Diego, U.S.
The consortium has adopted a partnership agreement and launched a website (ggrcc.org). The directors of the participating centers are currently developing plans for joint activities. Likely components are an online speaker series, events for early-career researchers, invitations to partner events, and sharing of information about new publications and initiatives. Stay tuned for more news!
