Bloodbath 2026

Bloodbath is our annual Departmental retreat. All researchers at the PhD level and above at the Zoology Department are invited to participate and present a talk (each slot is 15 min. with 10 minutes for the talk and 5 for discussion). If space is limited, PhD students and new arrivals will be prioritized.

We’re very excited about this year’s plenary lineup, covering many areas of interest across our Department:

• Claudius Kratochwil: Associate Professor, University of Helsinki
• Pau Carazo: Associate Professor, University of Valencia

Be sure to sign up for the bus as well during registration. As usual, most rooms at Tovetorp are shared, so let us know if there’s someone you’d prefer to share a room with, and we’ll try to arrange it.
