In memoriam: Konstantin Kazenin (1971-2025)

Konstantin was a PhD student at SUDA in Stockholm and an active participant in the EAPS Working Group on Migrant Fertility. Only this past November, we were celebrating his great achievement of earning a doctorate in Demography. Yet his contributions to research and academic life extended far beyond that milestone. He began his career as a linguist, conducting extensive fieldwork in multiple communities across the North Caucasus region, before later transitioning into Demography.

We will remember Konstantin with great respect and affection, and extend our heartfelt condolences to his family during this difficult time.
