Payment for external lecturers at the Department of Public Health Sciences
Here are the options that apply to salary payment to external lecturers or supervisors at the Department of Public Health Sciences:
Are you a lecturer employed by another department at Stockholm University?
Your salary is paid by the department where you are employed, and includes compensation for your work at the Department of Public Health Sciences. Please inform your HR officer or equivalent at your home department of the number of hours of teaching or supervision in question, so that your home department can send an internal invoice to the Department of Public Health Sciences.
Are you a lecturer employed by another Swedish authority?
The other authority should send an invoice to the Department of Public Health Sciences. The invoice should be sent as an e-invoice via the PEPPOL network. PEPPOL-ID 0007:2021003062.

Do you as a lecturer have your own company with an
F-tax certificate?
After a course is completed, your company should send an invoice to the Department of Public Health Sciences.

Please note that if you have not invoiced us before, you need to be added to our financial system.
For more information, please contact our administrator, Ulrika Olsson. Please attach your current F-tax certificate from Skatteverket (The Swedish Tax Agency) with the email.
Do you as a lecturer not have your own company or other employment?
In some cases, hourly fees can be paid to private individuals. If you have a Swedish A-tax certificate, please send an email with your name, social security number, your complete home address and specification of date and number of hours of teaching to our personnel officer, Åsa Jernewall.

Are you a foreign lecturer?
If you are a foreign lecturer, a so-called SINK decision from the Swedish Tax Agency is required. Please email the following information to our personnell manager, Åsa Jernewall:
- Scanned copy of passport showing photo, date of birth and validity period
- Your telephone number
- Your home address in your country of residence
- Information about your previous residence in Sweden (period)
- The form Payment to foreign bank account filled in:
