Summer hours 2026
The Student Office/Study Counselling is closed for the summer from 16 June and will reopen on 19 August. All our regular telephone and reception hours are cancelled during this period.
Between these dates we can be reached via email, see below. Please note that response times to emails may be slightly longer than usual due to vacation.
Student Office
The Student Office provides general information, issues study certificates, and handles registrations, exams, and teaching platforms. Certificates beyond standard LADOK transcripts usually take 3–4 days. During busy periods, processing may take longer—please email the Study Counsellor for these requests.
Study Counsellors
The study counsellors provide guidance on academic programmes, degree options, internships, and career pathways, as well as assistance with transcripts and certificates.
Directors of Studies
The Director of Studies oversees and coordinates all matters relating to academic programmes.
