Parking
At Frescati and Albano, there are car parks, bicycle parking and secure bicycle parking facilities. Here you can find information about where to park, how to pay and the rules for electric bicycle batteries.
Car parking
Car parking is available at Frescati and Albano.
Start and pay for your parking in the SmartPark app. Select the zone where you have parked and how long you want to park for. The price is shown in the app.

Bicycle parking
At Frescati and Albano, there are outdoor bicycle racks and secure bicycle parking facilities. You need a subscription to use the secure bicycle parking facilities.
You may park an electric bicycle with the battery left on the bicycle in an outdoor bicycle rack. Special rules apply to electric bicycle batteries in the secure bicycle parking facilities:

Rules for electric bicycle batteries
Lithium-ion batteries for electric bicycles, electric scooters and similar means of transport may not be brought into, stored or charged inside university buildings.
You may, however, park an electric bicycle with the battery attached in an outdoor bicycle rack.
Electric vehicles used as a means of transport by people with disabilities are exempt from the prohibition.

Subscription for secure cycle parking
You can take out a subscription in SmartPark. The price is shown in the app.
To subscribe:
- Open the SmartPark app.
- Book a cycle parking space and select A-hus Stockholm cykeltillstånd för inhägnade platser.
- Download the Parakey app.
- Once your booking is complete, you will receive a personal digital key in Parakey.
- Use your mobile phone to open the secure cycle parking facility.
