Leadership, Development Work and Quality Assurance - Course within VAL
The course deals with preschool teachers' pedagogical leadership, as well as preschool teachers' responsibility for systematic quality work in preschool in relation to national policy documents.
The course deals with preschool as a social institution, legal and professional ethical aspects of the work, as well as historical and political aspects of development and quality work in a curriculum theory perspective.
The schedule will be available no later than one month before the start of the course.
