Organisation and Leadership in Social Work
The management of social work in human care organisations requires knowledge and understanding of the influence of the interplay between society, organisation and client and how this colours leadership.
This course deals with organisation and leadership from a number of theoretical perspectives: e.g. the structural, human resource, political and symbolical.
