Insurance Law for Actuaries II

Insurance Law for Actuaries II is given as part of the master's programme in actuarial mathematics. The course is given in Swedish.

The study of the insurance movement law is centered on the question of what the purpose of the insurance area, organization of insurance companies and what is expected of the leadership of insurance companies, linked to what responsibilities Sweden has as a member of EU. Public share insurance law rules are discusses. The law rules concerning insurance insurance instrumentality take a look at both the insurance factors and agents operations and specifically concern the responsibility distribution between insurance companies and the insurance instrumentality.
