Media- and Market Law

The Media- and Market Law course aims to provide an understanding of the media and marketing law system and its different and sometimes conflicting interests. How should advertising be designed so as not to be illegal? How can a trademark be protected? What does copyright actually mean? What are the GDPR's requirements for handling personal data?
