The course consists of two compulsory modules of 7.5 ECTS credits each: Advanced Studies in Literary Studies and Advanced Studies in Linguistics. Both modules introduce current research orientations within their respective fields and enable students to apply theoretical concepts and methodological tools to the analysis of literary texts and linguistic data. Instruction is conducted in French and combines lectures, seminars, and practical exercises with independent study.
The course is organized around seminar-based learning, where lectures and introductory sessions are combined with discussions and analytical exercises. Students are expected to participate actively in seminars and to prepare by completing assigned readings and tasks. The course may be offered on campus or as a distance-learning course, according to the schedule.
