Sally Longworth is engaged in a project with the UN Special Rapporteur on freedom of opinion and expression.
The project explores the international legal framework and practical measures taken to protect journalists and media workers in situations of largescale violence and armed conflicts. The aim is to identify legal, policy and practical measures to strengthen their protection and safety, and address impunity for crimes against journalists.
