Critical Perspectives on Anti-gender, 7,5 credits

Course description

The course offers an advanced introduction to research on anti-gender campaigns and gender resistance in a wide sense. The origin of the anti-gender phenomenon and its spread to different geographical, political and social contexts are studied. Further, the theoretical points of departure in the research field are addressed as well as the current state of the art, including different kinds of resistance to anti-gender campaigns. The students will be given the opportunity to delve into a chosen area based on their own research interests.

Application

To qualify for this course, you must be enrolled as a PhD student at Stockholm University, or the equivalent at another university, in Sweden or abroad. The course is open to PhD students from all faculties.
