Christophe Premat är professor i franska med kulturvetenskaplig inriktning vid Romanska och klassiska institutionen vid Stockholms universitet. Hans forskning fokuserar bland annat på politiska diskurser och på hur franskspråkig soft power formas och utvecklas. Han är även föreståndare för Centrum för Kanadastudier.
A new book spotlights six African intellectuals whose ideas continue to shape how we understand the world. Christophe Premat, based at the Department of Romance Studies and Classics, explores how these thinkers challenge dominant narratives and reclaim Africa as a producer of knowledge.
