Stress Management Course: Live More – Stress Less!
In this course, you’ll learn how to strengthen your resilience to stress and discover more constructive ways of responding to life’s challenges. The course consists of three sessions, starting on 24 September.
The course takes place on site at KTH and is open to all students covered by Stockholm Student Health Services.
You’ll gain practical tools for managing stress through guided exercises, mindfulness, short films, and collaborative work in small groups.

We will explore topics such as:
- Stress and how it is maintained
- How we become stuck in thoughts and uncomfortable emotions
- Acceptance
- Mindfulness
- Liferules and thinkingpatterns
- Values and what matters most to me
- Setting boundaries and expressing needs
- Self-compassion
