Dance for Health – Feel better through movement
Do you want to discover how the joy of movement can make a real difference to your wellbeing? Dance for Health is a research-based initiative that combines dance, social connection and recovery to support both mental and physical health.
Dance for Health is designed for students who want to reduce stress, boost their energy levels and improve their overall wellbeing in an enjoyable and accessible way – with no pressure to perform and no prior dance experience required.
The group starts 14 October, and has eight sessions. Read more details and register below.

What is it about?
Through regular sessions, participants take part in simple, uplifting movement activities in a safe and inclusive environment. The emphasis is on personal experience rather than performance, allowing you to move at your own pace and listen to your body.
Each session includes dance, relaxation and reflection, helping to reduce stress and build self-confidence.
Based in research
Research shows that Dance for Health can contribute to improved mental health, lower stress levels and a higher quality of life. The initiative has been developed by Anna Duberg to support both mental and physical well being.
For students, taking part offers an opportunity to find balance during a often demanding period of study, while becoming part of a positive and supportive community.
